No. One hundred million dollars is no problem with the resources Ikari has
through NERV.
And what about Yui? Just because Unit-01 was change doesn't mean that
its Yui.

Should have had this at the start of the fic in the first place. But it was
my first EVa fic done in a little over an hour, so I overlooked it.
Since Yui was absorbed by unit-01, it's for all intents and purposes, her.
In this case when the water hit it, Unit-01 physically shifted to the
female form it had absorbed at one time: Yui (It was the easiest form for
the magic to use) Of course you could always write one where the change is
random and the water chanegs the Eva to a physical form unlike Yui's and it
would be fine, but here it is her physical form it turns into.
