You know this part here really scares me and I mean
_really_ scares me....
Forgive me but when I first read this part a very
wicked idea struck me.  Well a
couple of veriations on the same idea actually.
One was Ranma is Sestuna's father....
Idea two is that Ranma is the one that Grants Sestuna
her powers in the first place.

  Oh no, Pluto's powers don't come from Ranma - they were bestowed to her the same way they were granted to the other Senshi...  :)

some time at a future point and sends her into the
past as the guardian of
time.  The granting of powers was kind of convoluted.
As Ranma absorbed Pluto's
power then transfered it some how to a younger Sestuna
that was born in the
future and then sent her back in time. So both ideas
one and two could be valid
but....

  I can safely say you're not quite on the right track...  yet.  :)

A very scary thought all the same.....
Just thought of this but what if Ranma is her
mother......
