Not difficult by any means to obtain using a fusion powered craft.
Trip entails constant acceleration for one day, a turn-around, and constant
deceleration for the second day.
This assumes Mars is a perigee (closest point Mars comes to Earth). At
apogee, the trip takes roughly a week.

I don't think that there's a 2::7 ratio between 0 degrees apart and 180.
remember that they don't orbit on the same cycle.
