Careful. Remember, the barrier absorbs radio signals. It will take
quite a while for most of the post World-War II zones to even learn that
they have a version of Hitler on the loose. As things stand at the
moment, the Gundam Zone in Ukraine either has two opposing sides at war
or is under the control of the Zeons, Turkey doesn't give a damn and
Yamato Moscow is physically isolated and cut off from communication so
all that leaves is the Asrani mercenaries of Area 88 to get all het-up
about Hitler, and with the end of the Asrani civil war, they are open
for new employment. It would be fun to have the Area 88 jets taking on
Hitler's air force and tanks, wouldn't it?

Kudos for that; one subplot that almost HAS to be running is every mage,
scientist, and crackpot figuring out how to stop the Orguss effect, and the
Eye of God IS a dimensional warp generator...
Yes. Actually it is likely that the Eye of God will be a prime suspect
for some people as the source of the problem in the first place since it
would probably react to the effect.

I don't know anything about Orguss 02, but if you have an idea...
One of the plot points of the crossover was a barrier preventing any
orbital or high-altitude flight, so I don't think we'd get the chance to
see these. OTOH, if someone contrived the characters of some series on
Earth when things hit the fan (i.e.southern New York City: City of New
York(_Caves of Steel_ by Asimov, before R. Daneel leaves), some of these
crossovers might work.
Say...that would be an interesting environment. Can you imagine one of
the Batmen meeting Bailey?
