Just what we need. HIM again!
He's fun.
Like Beryl, I think that he'd behave, mostly out of fear for the ravening
hordes screaming for his blood. Israel, at the very least, would kick his
ass at the first opportunity.
Yeah, this should be at least NEAR one of the Marvel-Universe Nazi
Germanies where he could just whammy any superhuman within German territory
into a mindless thall, or fully half the post-20th century population of
this crossover's going on a field trip.

Mars: Armitage III, possibly others.
Saturn: Tenchi Muyo(Jurai)
Venus: Venus Wars
Luna: Sailor Moon(Silver Millenium, which leads to potential conflicts with
Crystal Tokyo)
Earth's LaGrange points: Gundam
Asteroid Belt: Outlaw Star
One of the plot points of the crossover was a barrier preventing any
orbital or high-altitude flight, so I don't think we'd get the chance to
see these. OTOH, if someone contrived the characters of some series on
Earth when things hit the fan (i.e.southern New York City: City of New
York(_Caves of Steel_ by Asimov, before R. Daneel leaves), some of these
crossovers might work.
Tenchi Muyo would just need to transport that one shrine and house, and
the immediate area (farm, lake, cave, etc.), so long as the GP ship was
"docked" with the lake. And those societies used to access to space
would look for a way to breach the barrier...
