It was apparently just technical difficulties in the fortunecity server.
http://lavender.fortunecity.com/clockwork/416/index.html is indeed working.

I was worried the for a second, I've expanded it quite a bit recently and
would have been highly upset to lose all of that.  Now, to make some backups
of everything on there.
