After a long time, here's chapter 34. Yes, it has been an eternity, I
know, but I've gotten no C&C, and have been covered with school work.
These things combined have stopped me from writing a lot.
If you want me to write more, then please send C&C, I would very much
love to have some.
And now on witht the story............
...........................................................................................................

                            Chapter 34: Obelisk of Darkness.

Steven Fender slowly limped up the stairs leading to the great
obelisk of darkness. A hundred granite stairs did lead up to this three
hundred meter, blood red obelisk. This obelisk was the center, the heart
of Hell itself. And from it resinated the evil which spread across the
land.
Once he had reached the top of the stairs, Steven collapsed, and
darkness engulfed him.......
    "Oh my God."
These were the only words that escaped my mouth as I gazed upon the
scene. Rows and rows of bodies, angels and humans. Body parts strewn
everywhere, and crimson blood soaked up into the snow.
The area smelled of blood and burning flesh. And there was no sound,
except silence. Deafening silence which sent a cold shiver up my body. A
shiver much worse then that brought on by the cold.
Sarah looked upon the battlefield with a frown on her face. "I
wonder who won?"
Maeyli then spoke, right after Sarah. "Maybe no one did. We should
check out the church's stronghold, to see if it survived the battle."
I nodded, and so we left for the stronghold........
A man appeared next to the body of Steven Fender. This man was tall,
but no other features could be noticed due to the forest-green robe he
wore, which completely concealed the mans whole body.
He looked down at Fender's body and shook his head. Then abruptly
vanished.........
I looked upon the wreckage and sighed. The whole building had been
burned to the ground, nothing remained, just black ash.
"Nothing left here. This could mean that God won this battle."
Sarah looked at the burning wreckage, and then turned her eyes
towards me. "Maybe we should go talk to Lucifer. He will tell me what's
going on, he owe's me that much."
I nodded, and as before, we were off again.........
The green robed man appeared in Guni's throne room. The walls were
cracked in many places, and in some places, big chucks were knocked out.
The floor was the same, and the throne was completely shattered.
The man took this as a sign that the A.C.M had won the battle, but
nothing was certain. He would have to check it out.................
I looked up the stairs, unable to see the top. From what Sarah had
told me, this was the obelisk of darkness, the heart of hell. A heart
that was beating it's last beat. For all the demons were missing, most
likely dead. The main city was burned to the ground, and corpses
littered every corner of the city.
The bodies were those of humans and demons. The A.C.M was fighting
against the demons, for some unknown reason. That was the problem,
everyone was two steps ahead of me. I knew very little, and what I did
know came from Sarah and Maeyli, who knew little.
"Lets climb to the top, we should be able to get a better view from
there." And so we departed up the stairs......
The green robed man was sitting down on the floor of hell's throne
room. He was pondering what had happened to everyone, it was like they
vanished. The armies, all four of them, destroyed each other. There was
no true power left, it was just the leaders of the armies, and what
would they do now? Would they give up and try to live in peace, or would
they fight to the bitter end? What was the fate of
everything?...........
"There's a body here, come take a look."
Maeyli looked over my shoulder, and frowned. "I think that's Steven
Fender. Is he alive?"
I walked up to his body and felt for a pulse, he was alive. "For
now, but his pulse is very faint. We need to heal him, and then he'll
tell us everything that has happened."........
Guni awoke in a dark place, he looked around, trying to gain his
bearings. The last thing he remembered was fighting Steven Fender, and
then there was a blank space.
He looked around, but all he could see was darkness, spinning,
swirling, engulfing. A shadowy mist like the inside of ones soul. Was he
inside his own mind, or was he somewhere in the real world?
    "So you are awake."
Guni quickly jumped to his feet and turned around. He saw a tall man
in a green robe standing there, looking at him. "What do you want with
me?"
"I want you to help me. I have an enemy, and enemy similar to yours.
Maybe we should join forces and fight him, yes?"
    "Who is this enemy?"
    "The Messiah."
"I see, and why should I trust you?"
"Because what else will you do?"
    "Fight him myself."
"He has his own great power, plus two allies, and Pandora's Box."
"I see what you mean. But who are you?"
    "You may call me, Massacre"
"Fine, Massacre. I'll help you kill him, but how do you propose to
do this?"........
.....................................................................................

What did you think? Please send C&C, and until next time, stay evil! *_*
