Missing both a endquote and closing parenthesis... also, if it's a
question, it needs a question mark instead of a period.

My pun-radar is probably low on batteries, but I don't get the quote
here... perhaps because I don't read or watch Ranma, perhaps because
it's too obscure. Remember that a good admin message always has a
comprehensible joke at the end. An easy crutch is self-depriciating
humor. You may be pushing envelopes, which I appreciate, but I know
that, as an admin message reader, I have certain expectations in the
style department.
