Start music
Lay a whisper on my pillow, leave the winter on the
ground.
I wake up lonely, there's air of silence in
the bedroom and all around. Touch me now,
I close my eyes and dream away.
(We look at a figure tossing and turning in a bed. As
the camera closes we see that it's Akane and that
she's mouthing Ranmas name. Suddenlly she wakes up
and looks next to her almost expecting someone to be
there, when she see there is no one there tears begin
to well up in her eyes)
It must have been love but it's over now.
It must have been good but I lost it somehow.

(We see Images of various scenes. Akane Hammering
Ranma and Telling him he's a pevert, Ryouko Chasing
after Tenchi and destroying the house,
and Lum Electrocuting Ataru for so much as looking at
another girl)
Make-believing we're together, that I'm sheltered
by your heart. But in and outside I've turned to
water like a teardrop in your palm. And it's a
hard winters day, I dream away.
(We see Ryouko looking out a window hugging her arms
agaist her chest, a sad look in her eyes. She gets up
and phases through the wall to go outside shivering at
the cold and looking up to the stars as tears fall
down her cheeks)

(More Images Flash by, Ranma Holding Akane's hand as
they leave Ryugenzawa, Tenchi sharing a quiet moment
with Ryouko after the time and space adventures, Lum
watching as Ataru let her old horns fall to the ground
showing that he really does care.)
(We watch as Lum slowly moves across space in a ship
all by herself, she seems to be thoroughly depressed
as she floats over to a picture of Ataru and slowly
begins to cry as she whispers 'darling')
It must have been love but it's over now.

(Even more images pass by, Akane watching as Ranma
walks out on her, too proud and hurt to do anything
about it, Ryouko watching Tenchi leave to rule Juri
after telling her he doesn't love her,
and Lum watching as Ataru gets killed falling from the
top of the school unable to catch him)

(A scene of a field of grass gently moving with the
winds fades in and out with the last of the music)
