My fiancee Jillian Parks (aka Lady Tesser) has been awarded sixth place
in the Science Fiction Writers of Earth annual writing contest for her
tale "Jewel of Freya". This was out of 222 entries, so it wasn't a
fluke; she writes good stuff!
