Misato's family name is 'Katsuragi'.

Besides, AFAIK, Asuka isn't an uncommon name in Japan, is it?  I
wonder if it's unusual enough to be worth insulting... not to mention
that practically everyone in the school would probably be too in awe
of or intimidated by Asuka to pull it off.  It's narrowly within the
realm of plausibility, though.
