Recently I've been doing a fair amount of reading from the RAAC =
archives, and I've noticed that many folks writing Ranma fanfiction =
featuring Ukyou have really no idea what the heck Okonomiyaki IS. Since =
a great many people on this list post to the RAAC as well, I figured =
some of you might benefit from this info.
Okonomiyaki, despite what VIZ might have you believe, bears little =
resemblance to Pizza, Japanese or otherwise. It bears a much closer =
similarity to an omelet, or even a mutant pancake. I recently had the =
pleasure of Eating of The 'Yaki, and I assure you all that when properly =
prepared, it is indeed worthy of praise.
Since the best way to learn about food is to make it and try it for =

info regarding the Blessed 'Yaki, hosted by Ucchan. (Who better?) Check =
it out, make some, eat it, I promise you won't be disappointed. Never =
again will you refer to it as Japanese Pizza!!!
