I remember hearing once that success is ten percent how lucky you are,

This is one of the rare occasions
where Tofu's "affliction" actually made things funny.

No, you're wrong; there isn't any manga story like that. If there were,
I hardly think Kuno would be more perceptive than the others. As far as
I recall, he and Ukyo have never even met each other, at least not that
we got to see.
