Shinji just doesn't stand out enough to get noticed.

to the side, Neil "Buddy" O'Tip played lounge classics on
the grand piano, wrapping up a two hour marathon of
Sinatra's best, getting ready to take requests from the
audience.

and goodness. Asuka just saved her own skin by putting aside
her pride.

Asuka's eyes widened, while Touji felt himself go
cold.
The voice was Kensuke's.
