Nicole Carter is the only daughter of Erica and Julia Carter, both heroes
of the Chaos War that preceded the rise of Neo-Queen Serenity and Crystal
Tokyo. Thus, she had a lot to live up to. Fortunately, she wouldn't have
to be alone in the spotlight. By a freak occurrence, Natsumi Kai and Yui
Ikari were all born on the same day as Nicole, and all three of them were
"Newchilds", or the next step in the natural evolution of mankind. This
being said, all three of them bonded with each other when they were born,
and it resulted in the fact that Nicole, Natsumi, and Yui each consider the
other as "sisters" in a sense, and they share a low level telepathic bond
to this day.
Nicole's military career has several high points, especially during the
short Black Moon War, and the Renegade War that followed. The first true
turning point of Nicole's life came during her time aboard the Oddessy,
where she was commander of Contact Team #1. There, she learned she was one
of the newest of the Sailor Senshi, the Stellar Senshi, specifically Sailor
Celestia. It was also there that she received her most powerful weapon,
the Celestial Sword, and the Astro-Weltall, created from the remains of the
True-Weltall and her Excalibur fused with the Guardian Spirit Bahamut.
Nicole operates on a sense of honor. When on a mission, she performs it
to the best of her abilities, and she pushes her team to do the same.
Also, she has a compassionate side to her, due to toe care of her parents
and sisters, and the events in her life while growing up.
Nicole's sword skills:
Nicole is a student of the Northern Star Sword School. Her attacks are as
follows:
Aurora Revolution: Nicole spins her sword around her, leaving a
high-pressure area that then explodes outward.
Cherry Blossom Rising Wind: Nicole swipes her sword along the path of her
enemies, throwing a cherry blossom filled tornado at them.
Mega-Flare: Your standard super chi shot.
Cherry Blossom Apocalypse: Holding the sword parallel to her body, Nicole
charges her chi reserves and summons cherry blossom petals to bind the
target. With mournful bells sounding in the distance, Nicole charges at
the target, delivering a chi-enhanced cutting slash to the body of the
target.
Astral Cutter: Nicole delivers a chi-enhanced slash to the target that, if
it hits, damages the target's spirit.
Ultima Star Breaker: Holding the sword horizontal to her body, Nicole
charges the target and delivers a punishing series of slashes, punches, and
kicks before knocking the target into the air and jumping up after it,
delivering a final rising slash to the target, the sword charged with
astral energy. This is usually fatal to the target. (Note: This move
REQUIRES the Celestial Sword and Nicole to be transformed into Sailor
Celestia.)
Sailor Celestia attacks:
Celestial Bolt: Similar to Uranus's World Shaking, except the bolt is
comprised of astral energy, has no "ring" and leaves a spinning and
sparkling trail.
Celestial Flare: Basically a super version of the Mega-Flare, charged with
astral energy.
Note: Her attacks can also be preformed with her mecha, which has a sword
of it's own.

Yui is the natural daughter of Shinji Ikari. (In the interests of
spoilers we will not reveal the mother at this time.) She was also the
test pilot of the Neo-Eva Unit 1, the first Evangelion to be built
following the Angelic and Chaos Wars.
Unfortunately, it was not to be a smooth first activation, for on the day
of the test, the Black Moon Clan launched their attack, damaging the base
in which the testing was taking place, on the Moon. A freak set of
circumstances occurred with the end result of Yui's Eva gaining a sentience
and forming a sister bond with Yui, like the one she had with Nicole and
Natsumi.
She also has more of a backbone than her father, and resents her deceased
grandfather for what he did to Shinji back then. She was also, along with
her sisters, on the Oddessy. Currently she is serving with her sisters in
the 101st Squadron, serving her Queen and nation.
Yui's attacks: Since Yui, Nicole, and Natsumi trained in the same style,
she can use all of Nicole's attacks except for Mega Flare and Ultima Star
Breaker. She can also use an AT-Field for offensive and defensive
purposes.
