Hm.  Well, first of all, planets don't have genders.

I suspect that the concept of Uranus being male and
female comes from the creation myth of Aphrodite.
In Greek Mythology, Aphrodite was born of the white
foam that formed around Uranus' genitals after
Cronos cut them off and threw them into the sea.

Other than that, my first recommendation is to make
sure that anything Michiru/Neptune does is very
refined.  She is, after all, the 'elegant Sailor
Neptune'.
