You could try Red Death's Ranma Fan fic Archive at
http://www.lvdi.net/~reddeath/ He has a Recommended reading list and give a
general description of most of the stories.. You could also try Azhraels
Domain as well at http://matrix.crosswinds.net/~azhrael/notitle.html Most
of the Fanfics listed in the Titles page of the Domain have a basic
description.
I don't know if there are any actual Review pages for any Fanfics, but
if there are any pages like that then you have to trust that the person who
gave the review has the same tastes as you otherwise the page doesn't do you
any good really.
