Nope, Ruriruri is not 14 years old, in the TV series she is 11 years
old. The Nadesico movie happens five years after the TV series, and she is
sixteen years old in the movie. The age range of the crew is 11-27 years
of age, woith Ruri-chan as the youngest, and Innes Fresnjue as the oldest.

Final thoughts:
Watch the sub. You'll get a better feeling than the dub will ever possibly
give you. Checking japanese seiyuu is not a hard task, just find your
favorite character, then head to www.tcp.com/~doi/ and look her up. I'm
sure she's done other things unless she's new (I.E. Sana-chan's seiyuu from
Kodocha).

I second that suggestion, see the subbed version, it's much better
then the dubbed. I'm biased in that regard, since I have the entire series
fansubbed. ^_^
