As far as I know, McCaffery has strict guidelines for fanfiction. So it is
entirely possible that it never got off the ground for legal reasons. (For some
reason, even I would be more scared about pissing off a US Author...) IIRC, one
of the rules involves no crossovers (I read that in 1995? or so.)
