Well that's the first chapter. I have the 2nd and 3rd outlined but
I want to get some feed back on this chapter before I start the other two.

Okay, here goes.  A really great story, but I think you need to be more descriptive of the mechs, or direct the readers to where they could find out about them.

Also If anyone wants to have fun writing a story involving the other merc
units
on planet be my guest. I simply ask that you don't kill them off.
