Well that's the first chapter. I have the 2nd and 3rd outlined but
I want to get some feed back on this chapter before I start the other two.
Okay, here goes. A really great story, but I think you need to be more
descriptive of the mechs, or direct the readers to where they could find
out
about them.
I'll try to give better descriptions in future chapters.
Also If anyone wants to have fun writing a story involving the other merc
units
on planet be my guest. I simply ask that you don't kill them off.

Question: Does this mean that Sasami will spend a lot of time playing with

Not really. If you can come up with a better mech for her go right ahead. I
only plan to use their characters in certain situations. With them I'm not
to worried about what they're piloting.

For all those interested in writing stories for the other merc units. The
contract is actually for Garrison duty. However, the combine will provide a
set of missions that any unit can undertake for a major bonus. Any mechs
captured while on mission may be confiscated at the discretion of the base
commander. Of course the unit will be well compensated for such mechs.
