1. Regarding the various 'curses', is it nessecery to _drown_ in the spring
in order to be cursed or
will mere contact with the water needed?
Only contact...cuz if you had to drown...then would Ranma exist today?
2. If only contact with the cursed water is required, how much water.
Also,
how much water is
needed to activate a cursed?
A majority of fics/volumes/episodes, have lead to the fact that a large
amount is not really needed. Just enough you get all of you wet
3. What is the general layout of the Tendo home and surrounding land?
The Tendo home is a two floor dojo. Kitchen, bathroom and dojo are on the
first floor, bedrooms above. They have rice paper screen doors too. The
bedroom doors have name plates, and they have a pond in the back, Koi Pond.
Ranma and Genma train there alot. They house isn't exactly secluded, it's in
a nice semi-full neighborhood.
4. What types of buildings are in Nerima? i.e. Is Nerima primarily a
residental neighborhood
(such as the typical American suburb), are there any office buildings,
high-
raises, factories,
etc...
Well...Nermia is filled with dojo looking buildings, the tall school, a
couple apartments, resturants... in a simple matter of speaking, Nermia's got
everything!
5. Does Japan have a national investigative agency?
Why do you want to know this? Well...I'm unsure of this.
6. What is the general attitude concerning foriegners. This question is
directed towards a daily
encounter scenario. For example, if a foriegner (or small group of them)
walks down the street,
would they attract a lot of attention from the local populance? Would they
have a problem
with normal public interaction? I assume urban dwellers have become used
to
tourists and the
occassional business man, but how would their feelings be towards
protracted
contact? (What
if an American moved in next door?)
Possibly, they would feel...afraid at first, unknowing. Again, I am unsure.
It depends on the person. In other words, how would YOU react if a Japanese
person moved next door?
7. Does the average Japanese policeman carry a sidearm at all times? In
addition, how readily to
the Japanese follow instructions from authority figures (firefighters,
police, crossing guards, etc..)
Well, it appears that the average officer does carry a sidearm at all times.
And following orders...well that all depends on the person. Some do and some
don't.
