I'm not sure about the title. The best I can guess is that it's supposed
to be "Wo Xihuan Shui," Chinese for "I Like Water."

Anyway, it's a nicely written story. The only problem I have is the
ending. The last paragraph throws an afwul lot at us, where I think it
would have a better impact if you made it a bit more gradual.
