Folks, any C&C would be appreciated!

I realize that the story is a little hard to follow at the moment, but trust me, all will be revealed in time.  Any commentary baring malicios flamage would be nice.  I know my chapters are short, that will be remedied as I get farther along in the storyline.  If you have questions about it, ask me.
