Hi there,
I was just reading your 'fic and I must say that it is very good and has
kept my interest up so far, but I must point to you one mistake or maybe it
could be a plot point that you want to carry on to the other chapters which
WILL be coming ^_^.
The item in question refers to Moiraine telling Ranma about what happened to
cause the Dark One to arise. As far as I know, read and understood from
Jordan's WoT books [See the part where Rand goes to Rhuidean, and sees
through the eyes of his ancestors], it was not men who caused the Dark One
to break free from his prison. In fact, I remember it as Mierin / Lanfear
who was the mastermind and with the help of another Aes Sedai (Male I think)
broke the seal on the Dark One's prison and thus freeing the DO. So, it was
in fact women who caused the DO to break free. Hah !!! Women (in WoT)
indeed are trouble makers for men (Possibly in real life too ;-p)
The War of Power also did not start until the DO was free to corrupt the
weak minded Aes Sedai to his side.
Of course, this may just be one of your plot lines and after all a woman
(Moiraine) is telling the story so she might conveniently have changed the
story in favour of women.
<A sound of a growl sounding very much like that emitted from a very pissed
of cat but ten no hundred times worse came from the back of the stage.
Hairs on the back of the said guy's neck and arms start standing on end, and
he starts turning around and suddenly sees all the female FFMLers standing
there with mallets, and baseball bats, and skillets and rollpins and other
assorted pain inducing items in their hands.>
Guy : "Gyyyyyaaaaaaahhhhhhh !!!! ". The guy starts screaming in terror at
seeing a mass of angry furies start advancing on him. He starts to
sweatdrop and starts putting up his hands as if to prevent them from
advancing.
Women : "How dare you say things like that about us !!!!".
Guy : "Well, erhm isn't it the truth ???".
Women : "BAKA !!!!! DIEEEEEEEEE !!!"
Guy : The guy starts to scream "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH ...".
Suddenly he gets a faceful of water on him.
Guy : <choke> <gag> ".....aaaaaiiiiieeeee". and stops screaming cause he
suddenly hears that his voice is high pitched.
With dread in his eyes, he yanks apart his shirt and sees boobs.
Woman : "Let this be a lesson to you, you insensitive jerk."
Another Woman : "Yeah, now he no SHE gets to see from our point of view".
The guy is too shocked out of his mind, and hears only parts of the
conversation happening.
Woman : "...should know that eventhough we are wrong doesn't mean that he
can rub it in."
Guy " <Whimper> <Cringe> Tears start to well up on the corners of his
er... her eyes.
Women : Starts advancing towards the guy. "Now, prepare for the beating of
your life you pervert".
Guy : "Do I get one last request ?" he manages to croak/whimper out.
Women : "OK"
Guy : Turns around towards the FFML writers below stage minus the women
FFMLers who are behind him. "Please write and post the next chapter of DP
and LOD, Louis". "And guys, whatever happened to the next chapter of Blonde
1/2, Tenchi and Ranma:Together Forever, Bad Days, Mirrors Multiplied, Hearts
of Ice, Choices, [Ranma/SM]Going at it like rabbits, Girl Days,
[Ranma/SMJ]Strangers in a Strange Land, The Omega Project,
[Ranma/AMG]Goddess and a half, [Ranma/AMG] The way of Heaven, Progeny,
Paragon, Muyami Academy, [Ranma/X-Files] Charlatans, Life and Times, Jet
Moto, some Ranma/SM/DHY fic which I can't remember the name, Sukeban Senshi,
Due upon an Oak's Leaves, Onna Red Side, God like and all the other good
fanfics out there that I didn't mention ????? "
A snoring sound is heard and the guy er gal turns around and sees all the
women fallen asleep on the ground. The guy says "Yatta !!!!" and strikes a
triumphant pose and scoots outta there.
