anyway its ranma, I have no idea on the title, author ect..
all i do remember is that nabiki gets shampoo to give kuno a dose of an instant jusenkyo's spring of drowned Wolf.. he starts calling himself 
"The grey wolf of Fruinikan high."  
well thats about it...   any hits?
