My pal Pika-girl!!!
Part 2
Pikako I love you!
Ash stood in the doorway to his house with the small Pokemon trailing
behind him, he looked dead on his feet and Pikachu wasn't much better.
His mother walked in to the living room from the kitchen and smiled. "Ash
your home!" cried the woman. "How was your trip?"
"Terrible." said Ash flatly as Misty and Brock stumbled in behind him.
"H-hello Mrs. Ketchum." managed the older boy.
"What happened Ash?!" cried the woman in consern. "Did you have on clean
underware?"
"Mom! Of course I did! We got attacked by pirates, they tried to steal
our pokemon and we had to stop them, then the same idiots followed us and
now Team Missle is on this continent also. Those jerks don't know when to
quit." Ash slumped down on the couch and sighed. "Me and Pikachu got
cursed too."
"Cursed? Pirates? Are you feeling Ok Ash?" his mother put her hand to
his forehead and sighed.
"I'm fine mom."
"I wonder what team Rocket will make of them?" said Misty with a small
laugh.
"If we are lucky they'll argue and fight with them more than they do
with each other." snorted Brock. "They may join forces with each other,
but I doubt it."
"Your right, they are to obnoxious to get along." said Ash looking
thoughtful. "Maybe they'll go home after a while."
"That's terrible!" cried the woman in shock, she brought out some tea
and smiled at the guest. "At least your home, I've missed you."
Ash looked embarassed, "I missed you too mom." he managed as Misty and
Brock stepped outside the room. Pikachu curled up by the fireplace and
Togapi leaned against him as they slept.
After a few minutes Ash sat down and exsplained things to his mother,
"Pikachu turns into a girl now too. I don't know what to do with him now!
He can't get into a battle with water type Pokemon anymore!"
"I guess we'll just have to keep him as a pet then." said his mother
with a small smile.
"Mom! I can't do that! Pikachu is my best friend and I need him to
become a Pokemon master! How can I break it to him?!"
Ash noticed Pikachu's ear perk up as the pokemon was awake suddenly.
"Pika?!" it said in alarm.
"Don't worry Pikachu! I'll find a way to fix you, we won't give up!" the
electric mouse calmed down but stayed awake listening with interest to
the conversation.
"Ash, this is silly! Pokemon can't turn into people anyway, your old
enough to learn that!" his mother looked at him with consern in her eyes.
"Y-you think I'm crazy?" he pulled a pokeball from his belt and frowned
at his mother. "Squirtle! I choose you!" the small turtle like pokemon
apeared from out of the ball and looked at Ash questioningly. "Squirtle,
I need you to use your squirt gun on Pikachu, do it gently though."
The pokemon gave Ash a small salute and turned towards the now alert
pokemon. "Squirtle!"
Pikachu stood in a battle stance and prepaired to lunge for squirtle.
"Pikachu stop! I know you don't like this but we need to prove it to my
mother! Maybe we can get some help that way!" the boy looked at his
friend and pleaded with him. Pikachu snorted and stood waiting for the
water jet.
"Squirtle!" cried the aquatic pokemon as it sent the water and changed
Pikachu to his alternate form; one small, nude, golden eyed, blonde.
"Oh my!" cried his mother in alarm.
"At least she still acts like Pikachu." offered Misty as the stunned
woman watched the girl scratch behind her ear with her hind leg.
"Ash cover your eyes! Your not old enough to see that!" cried Brock as
he turned away in embarasment.
"I'm not going to turn my back on Pikachu just because he changes a
little!" cried the boy angrily. "He's still my friend!"
"Ash this is serious!" said his mother as she sat down and fanned
herself. "You can never use Pikachu in a pokemon battle again!"
"What?" cried the boy in shock.
"Pika?!" gasped the girl in terror.
Brock stepped in, "Ash, she's right. If Pikachu turns into a girl during
the fight you could get arrested! Using people in a pokemon battle is
illegal and dangerous! I wanted to tell you earlier, but I just couldn't
bring myself to say it. I'm sorry Ash."
"Ash, the best thing we can do for Pikachu is get her used to being a
girl; I know it sounds bad, but think of it as gaining a sister." Misty
offered a small fake smile.
"NO! Pikachu is my best friend! I won't let you turn him into a girl!"
stammered the boy as he grabbed the girl around the neck. Pikachu seemed
pleased and backed away with Ash.
"Ash we aren't trying to change Pikachu, but realisticly he's going to
spend alot of time as a girl. He needs to be used to it, he can't run
around naked like that! There isn't much hot water in the woods." Brock
put his hands on Ash's shoulder and pushed him back into the room.
Pikachu just seemed confused by all of this.
"No! I'll let Pikachu decide on his own!" screamed Ash as a clear field
of energy formed around him as he made a fist out of his hands and looked
up angrily. Brock was shoved away gently by an invisible barrier and Ash
stared them all down. With that said he walked up the stairs into his
room with Pikachu in tow.
"For god's sake Ash at least put some clothes on her!" called Misty from
the base of the stairs.
"Wh-what happened?" asked Ash's mother in confusion.
"Apparently Ash learned a new technique." said Brock quietly.
"That means Pikachu might be able to use his electricity in his girl
form too." said Misty as she glaced at the stairs again.
"I don't know, I think this might be a little different Misty, but you
might be right. We'll find out soon enough." Brock sat down and waited
for Ash to return.
In the room Ash looked at Pikachu silently while the animal was deep in
thought. He hadn't really noticed before, but she was pretty. She had
cute little fangs and a rather shapely body for a girl about his own age,
it was unsettling more than interesting to him.
The girl grunted in anger and held her breath, nothing happened of
course but she looked cute while trying it do the thunder shock that way.
Ash smiled a little, "You don't have to be a real girl, I'm not asking
you to get married and have kids or anything Pikachu. You could be a
tomboy or something, we can still be friends."
Pikachu seemed to brighten up a little and she nodded slowly. "Pika pii,
Pika pika piiikkaa."
"Only if you can still go with us, and you don't want to dress like a
girl? I can understand that, you can wear my clothes I guess." Ash grew a
large smile and nodded suddenly. "Hey, maybe you can be my trainer when I
change?! We can use that as an excuse when we are both like this!"
"Piikachu!" cried the girl as she grabbed Ash around the neck.
"Thing is, you'd have to stay a person most of the time Pikachu, I don't
want to do that to you!" Ash seemed a little upset again.
"Pika, Pika chuuu chuu Pika pika!" said the girl calmly as she nod her
head looking satisfied.
"You don't mind being human? Of course we'll always be friends, I could
never think of you as a real girl Pikachu!" Ash seemed happy and Pikachu
cried tears of joy.
Ash walked down the stairs and smiled at his friend as they looked to
him for the answer. "Pikachu wants to be treated like a boy." he said
simply.
The girl followed him down the stairs wearing some of Ash's clothes, she
was dressed exactly like him with her cap on backwards and a few locks of
golden hair poking from the adjustment strap on the back of the hat.
"Pikachu."
"She looks cute Ash, I guess we'll have to make due; but what can we do
with her, everyone in pallet town knows your family, we can't just say
she's your sister." Misty frowned and looked her up and down.
"Sure we can, she's adopted." said Mrs. Ketchum as she emerged from the
kitchen. "I think I can get Professor Oak to help me with that in the
morning."
"That's great mom!" cried Ash happily.
The three trainers sat around Pikako, her new name, and flashed cards at
her. "A" said Ash.
"A" repeated Pikako.
"I" said the boy as he flashed another card.
"I" repeated the girl.
"U" said Ash repeating the motion.
"Chuu" said the girl.
"No Pikachu U." said Ash.
"Your supposed to call her Pikako!" scolded Misty.
"Pikachu is a pet name!" offered Brock.
"That could work!" said Ash cheerfully.
"Well I'm calling her Pikako." said Misty distastefully.
"Try again Pikachu."
"Chuuu." said the girl with a little strain.
"Don't worry you'll get it. I know it's hard." said Ash.
"Yea, it took us years to learn to talk correctly." offered Brock
reasuringly.
"Pikachu already knows how to talk Brock, he just has to learn how to
say it." said Misty as she pat the girl on the head.
Pikachu looked tired, "Pika, pikachu Pika pika."
"Sure we can take a break Pikachu, we need to eat and you have to learn
how to eat like a person anyway." said Misty.
The little blonde facefaulted and groaned. "Piiikachu."
Dinner was over and Ash thought it had gone pretty well; Pikachu had
spent the evening copying Ash despite Misty's instruction and ended up
eating like a pig. Misty was a little mad about it at the moment.
"Misty, don't be mad, Pikachu wasn't ignoring you; he just wants to
learn to be a boy that's all." said Ash appologetically.
"I was trying to be helpful, there's nothing manly about rude table
manners!" Misty stared Pikachu down.
"I thought she looked pretty manly at the table." said Brock.
"Pika Pika!" cried the girl as she thanked Brock for his compliment.
Misty glared at him and turned away with her nose in the air. "Humph,
I'm going to bed." she slammed the door to the guest room and drug
Pikachu in with her.
"Pika?" said the girl in confusion, she wanted to stay with Ash.
"You can't sleep with the boys like that anymore Pikako, even if your
trying to be like them." the girl seemed a little disapointed by this and
stalked towards the door.
"Pikako, if you keep sleeping in Ash's bed when your a girl he'll get a
bad reputation and people won't like him." warned Misty as she drug her
back down. "Sit down so I can brush your hair."
"Pika!" cried the girl with amazingly huge and cute eyes full of tears.
"I know, but it's for the best really, even boy's have to comb their
hair, especially if it's this long, I'll teach you how to make a pony
tail like mine." Misty forced the young girl down and took of her cap.
Pikachu finally scumbed and allowed the girl to comb her fur, she had
always liked the sensation of the brush anyway.
Misty smiled as Pikachu became putty in her hands as the brush scratched
at the girls scalp. "Why Pikako, I do beleive you like this." the girl's
right leg started to thump the floor slightly and Misty giggled.
"Pikaaa, pikaaaaaaa." sighed the blonde in exstacy.
"She's making me feel naughty about this!" Misty blushed and kept silent
as she continued to brush the pokemon's hair.
The next morning a scream awoke Misty and she jumped out of bed and into
the hallway, it only took a moment to notice Pikachu was gone. "Oh, no!"
"Ash Ketchum what is she doing?!" cried the boy's mother from the boys
room.
Ash looked up at the angry figure of his mother as she stared down at
him and Pikachu in the bed. "Gah! Mom, he doesn't know any better! He's a
Pokemon remember, we didn't do anything! We always sleep this way!"
The woman calmed considerably and the flush from her face went away.
"Ash, I know she's your friend but you can't keep her in your bed
anymore."
"Mrs. Ketchum, I told Pikachu last night and he must have snuck in here
after I went to sleep." said Misty as she rushed into the room and
grabbed Pikachu by her ear.
"Pika!!!" cried the girl cutely as she was drug away.
Misty sat her on the bed and frowned. "You see what happend, if your
gonna sleep in Ash's bed you have to turn back first! You can't act like
your his girlfriend Pikako people are gonna get suspicious if you act
weird."
"Pika? Pika pikka!" Pikachu didn't understand what was going on.
"You've been around enough people to know we have lots of weird rules,
your just gonna have to get used to it Pikako. I'll help you learn all I
can but you can't go around ignoring me!" Misty looked a little upset and
Pikachu didn't like that much. "Do you promise to start doing what I
say?"
"Pika." said the blonde with a nod and a reluctant stare.
Three weeks came and went and Pikachu's training had gone well, she was
talking pretty normally after learning the basic sounds of the language
and how to put them together, in the end she had what sounded like an
unusual accent. That helped with the adoption process a little as well,
the people of pallet seemed to buy the story rather quickly. Professor
Oak sent for Ash and Pikako on the morning after the third week had
ended.
He walked into the Pokemon labratory and found Oak talking with Brock
and Misty. "Hey, what are you guys doing here?"
"Professor Oak sent for us a few days ago, I was only home a week and it
was boring listening to my sisters complain." Misty smiled and offered
Ash a seat next to her, Pikachu sat on his other side smiling brightly.
"How are you Pikachu?" asked Oak with a strange smile.
"I'm Happy." said the girl with a cute giggle; she was still dressed as
she had insisted from the begining; in a copy of Ash's clothes.
"Excellent, Pikachu had progressed much faster than I had anticipated,
the two weeks you two had in with her schooling worked wonders." Oak
turned towards Misty and Brock as he said this and winked at them.
"I only wish we could have stayed longer, but ever since Ash competed in
the League Tournament I've been wanting to get home for a little while.
Now that I've taken care of a few things I can get back to traveling
agian, I was on my way back here when I got your message." said Brock.
"I was too, my sisters are just too self centered for my taste; I love
em and all, but who could live with them!?" Misty stuck her tounge out
and made a face as she said this.
"Ha ha ha ha! That's quite funny!" said Pikachu as she laughed and
pointed at Misty.
"You shouldn't point Pikako." scolded Misty, she then smiled and gave
her a small wink.
"Oh, right." the girl blushed a little.
"I think she is ready to travel again Ash." said Oak as he pat Pikachu
on the head.
"Really?! That's great!" said the boy as he jumped from his seat.
"In fact, her unique knowledge of Pokemon could help you greatly in your
journey. I hope your next adventure will be even more fruitful than the
last one. You catagorized almost one hundred species of Pokemon for me."
Oak looked quite pleased with himself.
Ash blushed and scratched his head. "I don't know if it was that many."
"You must be careful though, Team Rocket is still out there and they are
currently at war with a new faction, Team Missle. They are both very
dangerous and very, very stupid." Oak gave them all a warning stare.
"I know we've met them." said Ash as he slumped down. "They shouldn't be
much of a problem though."
"I know that, they always pick the same targets and screw each others
plot's up, some people even think they are working together, but there
are Photos that say other wise." Oak turned on a monitor with various
scenes of the Rockets and Missles fighing each other.
"That's how they treat people on their own team though, this doesn't
prove a thing." said Brock as he kicked back in his chair.
"It doesn't matter, I know you've had problems with Team Rocket in the
past and I want you to avoid both of them if you can." said the old man
as he sat down behid the desk.
"Not likely." said Pikachu with a toothy grin.
"That's not a good thing Pikako." said Misty.
"I rather enjoy shocking those two." replied the girl. "Besides they are
no match for Ash any longer, we don't have anything to worry about, so
don't frett."
"I've taken the liberty of enrolling Pikako in the Pokemon league." said
Oak as he slid a Pokedex across the desk to the girl.
"What? Are you sure she wants to? I mean she is a Pokemon." said Ash as
he looked a little conserned.
"It will make her traveling easier and why wouldn't she? The fact that
she is a pokemon will make her an excellent trainer." Oak smiled at her
and held out his hands. "Congratulations."
She accepted his hand and shook it vigirously. "Relax Ash, I don't have
to catch Pokemon, I've already got one remember?"
The boy smiled a little, "If a pokemon happens to follow you then I
guess that's ok too, it's how I got most of mine."
"So another adventure begins, oh well." Brock shrugged his shoulders and
stood up to leave. "Thank you Professor."
Misty smiled as Ash and Pikachu jumped up and down joyfully in each
other's arms.
Gary Oak walked down the path to Pallet town with a scowl, it was the
first time he'd returned since he'd lost to Ash Ketchum. It was a long
hard road back and he had trained his pokemon hard, in the end it wasn't
enough. Now he stood tall, he had done well and his pokemon where strong.
Now he just had to get home and rest, the next season was about to start
and he was going back to the league to face Ash again. Then he saw them
moving towards him. "What the?"
Ash stopped cold, "Gary?"
"Ash? Well, it has been a while; how are you?" the boy had a smirk on
his face as he looked his rival up and down.
"I'm going on another journey with my sister." Ash seemed a little
nervous around the boy, his trade mark cheering squad was gone.
"Sister? You don't have a sister." Gary knew he hadn't been gone quite
that long.
"She's adopted, Gary meet Pikako." Ash smiled as Gary seemed to relax a
little.
"Well, she's a cute one; if you want to wait a week I'll let you go on a
journey with a real Pokemon Master." he smiled and Pikachu frowned.
"My friends have the pleasure of calling me Pikachu, you can call me
Pikako." she turned away from him.
"Quite an electric personality." noted Gary.
"Where are your friends?" asked Misty a little reluctantly.
"I sent them away, I didn't go through all that to not learn anything.
I'm more interested in substance than flash now. When we meet in the
pokemon tournament you'll have a real opponent this time." Gary smiled
and pat Ash on the back as he walked by.
Ash turned and smiled at him, "I can't wait."
"Your going to have to, I won't fight you without a crowd." said Gary as
he vanished behind a hill and walked towards the town.
"That was strange." said Misty.
"Not really, Ash and Gary have been rivals for years. I suspect that
deep down the respect and like each other. Gary learned an important
lesson in humility" Brock turned to follow Ash as he walked towards the
sunset with Pikachu at his side.
"Boy Ash's new sister sure was cute, I'd better be nice to him if I want
to stand a chanse with her." Gary scratched his chin and looked
thoughtful. "With a girlfriend like that I'll show those ungrateful
cheerleaders a thing or two about leaving me." Gary sat on a large rock
by the side of the road. "I'll show them all what it means to play with
Gary Oak." He smiled as a new confidence overtook him. It wasn't a lie
what he said to Ash back there, he had learned alot about Pokemon and how
to use them; now he could face his rival and defeat him like he should
have the first time.
TBC....
Next time! Pikachu catches her very first Pokemon! What kind could it
be? Also, Team Rocket and Team Missle are wreaking havoc in Varidian
City, and no one can stop them but... each other?! Their stupidity knows
no bounds. Ash starts to realize that his cursed form won't stay hidden
long in the outside world away from a roof and a hot bath.
I decided to write Pikachu's accent as a light slightly brittish speech
pattern. It sounds cute and it gives her a rather naive attitude. Kind of
like Linn Suzuki from 'Adventures of Kotetsu' the ultimate fan service
movie; [I'll never understand what she see's in that pudgy moron.] It
inspired her voice, unfortunately for the fan boys she will remain male
in mind if not body.
Team Missle will continue to have the bad english dialect Like Shampoo
and the Guide from Ranma 1/2 with the added R's to replace L's and a few
other Japanese language idioms, I haven't settled on the final accent for
them; I reserve the right to change their dialouge to make them easier to
understand in any given situation. Some people write accents so badly you
can't read what they are saying because they force themselves on a fixed
set of rules, I can't stand that. Yes, I'm poking fun at Asian people a
little, but it's light hearted and their bad english is meant to make the
Missles seem dumber than the Rockets, [Be honest, did Shampoo's voice
really make her sound smart?] I won't appologise for not being
pollitically correct, but a foreign Team Rocket just seemed funny to me,
their accents just serve to accentuate this a little. I have nothing
against the asian culture; I rather admire it really. [Anime and manga
play no small roll in that.}
Ash's curse will be kept a secret for as long as I can write it that way
without it being inconvenient for me, even though I don't think it's much
of a secret by now though, it should be revealed pretty soon next two
chapters or so I think {I'll give you another big hint next time.] You
probably already know, or think you know, which pokemon he is anyway,
I've hinted enough about it, but there are a few choices. They will start
taking Pikachu from gym to gym in a few episodes getting her badges, [Ash
already has his] and starting the story's bulk.
