Okay, this idea came from watching the episode with that wierd Sea of Dirac Angel...

'Gaaah!' Shinji Ikari balked as the Eva kissed the ground again. 'Not my day...' He muttered.
'Shinji you MORON! Get up and kick that Angel's ass!' Asuka yelled through the radio.
'Alright! This is it!' Shinji sighted the Angel's core straight on and pulled the trigger.
Click,
Click.
'Uh oh...'
The Angel didn't seem to notice and stepped closer, crushing a few small cars underfoot.
Shinji panicked. 'AAARGH! Do something, you big monster!' He pressed buttons and pulled the controls in wild abandon.
The Eva reached over its shoulder, disconnected the power cable, and slammed it straight into the Angel.
ZZZZAP!
Sizzle... sizzle sizzle...

3 months later

'AAAH! Angel-stir fry again?!'
