I assumed that if Ranma was forced to spend enough
time in the Nekoken, his
original personality would eventually bleed into the
cat personality. Given
this postulate and a lot of time, Ranma's
personality would become a merge
of the two, in or out of Nekoken. Note, it's not a
cure of the Nekoken. It's
a cure of Ranma's fear of cats. You cannot truly be
afraid of what you are.
I'd tend to disagree with your last statement here :)
There are a lot of individual humans that I am truely
afraid of - just because they are humans doesn't mean
I don't fear them. Also, there are things about human
nature itself that scares me, and I AM human, albeit a
slightly twisted one :)
So the fact that Ranma would overcome his fear of cats
simply because he was part one? it just doesn't sit
right with me.
