a) Ranma turns out to be the Senshi of a new planet. (Sun, Earth, a Jovian
moon)
b) Ranma has a romantic relation with one of the Senshi. (Mercury, Jupiter,
Mars)
c) Ranma is related to Sailor Mercury
d) Ranma moves to Juuban after the death of Akane or Genma.
e) The transformational magic gives a small degree of control over his
curse.
f) Common starting points are before and after Sailor Moon S, and shortly
after the end of Sailor Moon.
g) Almost never starts in the middle of Ranma 1/2, always before or shortly
after (by a few years, tops).
This fic aims to break the trends. Except (g) and (f), it pretty much does
it.
