A Slayers Fanfic

"Eeeeeyaaaaaah!!!!"

"Lina!" Gourry shouted as he hammered on the stone door
separating them. "Get back!" he shouted to the others,
drawing the hilt of his sword. "Light, come forth!!"

"Zelgadis-san, Lina-san doesn't usually scream like that.
I wonder what's wrong?" Amelia asked worriedly.

Zelgadis held up his hands to show his ignorance. "Well,
if only she hadn't been so greedy. Running into the
treasure chamber without checking for traps first was
unbelievably...." He shook his head.

"Yaaah!" Gourry shouted as he struck at the door, cleaving
it into two. He lunged past the tumbling stone blocks...
and ran headfirst into the second set of doors.

Zelgadis dragged his unconscious form away as another
horror-filled scream raised even his hackles. Then there
was silence. "Lina!" He raised his hands and prepared a
spell. "FIRE--"

"Wait, Zelgadis-san! Look at that!" Amelia cried out,
pointing towards the cracking doors. "Eeek!!" She ducked as
the doors exploded outwards.

"What the--?"

Shoop. Shoop. Shoop.

"Eh? Lina?!" Amelia gasped as she saw the redheaded
sorceress emerge.

A distinct pop signalled the appearance of Xelloss. The
Trickster Priest looked upon the scene with amusement.
"Oho, I didn't realize Lina knew that."

Shoop. Shoop. Shoop.

"What is that?" Zelgadis exclaimed.

"Hmm? Why, Slug-fu, of course."

Lina was just sooooo cute when she reacted to the giant
slugs in Next that I couldn't resist writing this. :)

Wow someone else did the exact same thing i did the day i saw that
episode



Wonder if they're actually going to make a fic out of it
