My original "Real Life" idea never got off the ground for a reason that
was
pointed out to me in regards to my Asimov crossover: the universes are too
incompatible! To this end, i am taking suggestions for a continuity that
could exist in either real life or the ranmaverse.

ideas should be in this format

"Make one of the students a superpowered martial artist in [style]" "... A
supergenius working on [experiment]" "...[Anything else]"

"Bring in [Crossover Character] and have [Plot Thread]"

etc etc etc.

Hmm. Sorry, I've got my own ideas. I stole them fair and square ;)

[workingtitle] Ranma's Odyssey: On Hold
One and a Half: On Hold
Gynomorph: Dropped
[untitled] Unconventional Ranma/Sliders XOver: On Hold
Real Life: Original Idea Dropped, New Idea In Works.
Static: On Hold
Ranma/Foundation's Edge: Stalling in runway. May be dropped.

TOP SECRET PROJECT BEING WORKED ON: Taking Applicants. "Hey ppl, i have
all
the ingredients to a megacrossover but no recipe! anyone wanna help me
out?"

I've found that most mega-crossovers don't really work. It's way too hard to
keep track of a dozen people, rather than the impossibility of tracking
DOZENS of people. Keep the cross over simple, and as unique as possible.

I've seen people do it, I've just found it to be confusing to the reader
most of the time to have the entire cast of Ranma dumped into
Sailormoon/Tenchi/BGC/Guyver with all of their casts. Something usually
gives. There are a few exceptions, but that's what I've generally seen.

Most of the best crossovers that I've seen have tended to be a small group
coming from one series that interacts with another series, allowing you to
ask, 'What would character 'X' do in that situation?' They tend to be the
more entertaining ones.
