Nabiki knew that it was indeed too late to leave the table. Once she
had published those pictures, she had thrown her hand into the ring. They
had used her for bait once, and they probably would again. In the end,
however, they would want her to disappear permanently.
There really wasn't any choice. She would watch Gosunkugi like a
hawk, and she would find out just what the deal was. Like it or not, her
life may very well depend on him, and Spiderman.
