Many of the "mistakes" you find (Though the sign is correct, say, and a
few others), are not simply screwing up what actually happened, but
rather people following the sequence of events in the manga rather than
the anime. Labeling these as "mistakes" is akin to blasting someone for
using Gosunkugi as a sneaky Kuno-helper, when "everyone" "knows" that
Sasuke fills that role (Neko-ken).
I'd rather not start another "Is anime or manga the true canon?" war
right now, so I'll just say this: One should check both before accusing
others (Who might have been watching/reading purchased copies of Ranma
1/2 for a while now) of getting things completely wrong.
