As a BattleTech fan, I can't pass this one...
_But_, as someone pointed out. this is grossly OOC for most of
the characters.
I can provide a suggestion for inserting the Ranma 1/2 characters
in the Battletech Universe.
Ever heard of a merc unit called the "Camacho's Caballeros"?
No? Well, in it we find a special team of on-foot scouts. The most
remarkable of them is the lovely Cassie Suthorn.
Her job? scout potential battlefields for weakneses, traps, etc....
Her hobby? Destroy or capture battlemechs, armed with a cammo
bikini, a Kryss and her wits. She thinks Elementals are "sissies".
Her favourite prey are Atlas.
If right now we have someone like her in the battletech universe...
What could do the Ranma cast there?
You can have _some_ of them riding mechs, but I think that at
least Ranma and some others should be on foot soldiers. No one
says that they must carry guns or try to use convetional methods...
Remember too, another "uncommon" merc unit: the Gray Death
Legion, which has infantry too, and they put it to good use.
