Hey there.

Well, after months and months of work consuming my life, I'm finally
beginning to settle back into a relatively normal existence.

I'm feeling an urge to write again. I want to create something; I had such
fun with all my other stuff. My biggest problem right now is that I have no
idea *what* to write.

I've got several barely-begun Ranma fanfic ideas. A post-"Roses of Shadow"
story, "Genma and Nodoka: A Love Story", yet another "Thy Outward Part"
story, even a Hellraiser crossover.

But Ranma bores me. At long last I've burned out on Ranma 1/2; it's all
been done, and all the story ideas seem like rehashes of stories I've
already written.

I also thought of crossing over the two different Nuku Nuku OAV series (the
old one and the new one). But I need to see more of the new OAV first. Oh,
and find someone to translate the Japanese LD's I have. :)

Then there's my Robotech SI, which has a very limited audience. I do intend
to continue writing on it, but it's not very compelling to me.

I even started writing a Final Fantasy VIII story. I stopped after half a
dozen paragraphs after I realized that A) it was boring; B) I had no idea
where I was going with it.

I need inspiration. Something new and good and fun to write about.

Any suggestions? Should I pick up the rest of Key (I've only got the first
tape) and write a fanfic on that? Or Utena? Or KareKano? Or something
else I haven't yet seen but should because it makes for great fanfic writing
material?

Please, no Pokemon suggestions. :) I rather don't care for the series
myself.

I'm going to see Princess Mononoke for the first time ever this weekend.
It'll be fun to see it on a big screen at the Mall of America. :) Perhaps
that can inspire me.

Any other suggestions?
