Comments: This is looking pretty good. Personally, I'm
not sanguine about the dummy plugs. The Evangelions are
living beings with no reason to be loyal and that makes
them inherently unreliable, although I suppose they would
still be more reliable than whack-jobs like Ikari and
Langely.

like having sent him back to Professor Oak's for a while.

Comments: Although it is likely based on actual events
in the series the political reasoning behind the decision
to keep the inhabitants of Macross City from getting off
makes no sense as given. A better justification would
be that the inhabitants know something that the government
would like kept secret, such as the "size" of the alien
threat.
