Not bad...just one problem. Professor Oak explicitly calls Gary his
"grandson". He'd have to be in on this deception to do differently,
probably from before the series started.
But then, that's no barrier to Gary having those types of feelings for
Ash. And if Misty suspected that that was Gary's heart, well...
