A new web-based submission system is available at the above URL.

This is based on Yoo C. Chung's system, but has been updated and
extended to accommodate the new Continuing Series forms.  Also, I have
made several enhancements that make it more 'idiot-proof', and added
step-by-step instructions on how to fill the form out.

So, if you're a newbie, or if you have trouble filling out the mail-
based forms properly, try out this new form.

Since it's still new, there might be a few glitches in the works yet.
So, try it out, and if you have any problems, let me know.

Also, if your favourite series isn't in the series selector, or your
favourite genre isn't in the genre selector box, just give me a shout,
and I'll add them!
