As the mailing list has grown over the years, we developed a
problem.  The more people on the list, the longer it took to deliver to
all of them. The delay grew to over 5 hours eventually.

	Well, I've decided to try and fix this.  I've installed postfix, a
replacement for sendmail.  I'll be experimenting with that for a week or
two to see how that changes things.

	Also, Listar has methods for speeding up delivery as well.  I'll
be taking advantage of those where I can.
