Comments: Interesting the way the author has reconciled the fanfic
Nabiki who doesn't tell people anything for nothing with the her actions in
informing Kuno about the engagement, apparently for nothing.
Heh. Well, I needed a way to get it out in the open ... I'm pretty sure my Nabiki isn't as
obsessive of money as some of the fanfics I've read, and Kunou was annoying the hell out of
her with his little reading. Getting a little peace and quiet is sometimes worth a small
loss in profit, don'cha think? -- Which is, I must point out, almost exactly what I had
Nabiki think to herself earlier on... :)
He tugged on Daisuke's sleeve, trying to diffuse the situation
before something permanent happened.

question, and, given who it was being spoken to, shouldn't really
be in doubt most times.
"have been in doubt" and there was no need to direct that comment
to the audience. We already know the gag.
No need? Well, yeah, that's true, but I thought a little reminder could serve to lighten up
the mood... *shrugs* The tone I want to take isn't supposed to be dead serious, I want to
throw a bit of humour in around the place.
