7:30 pm, channel 41: Detective Konan.
Great show, great animation, though aimed, I think, at a younger audience.
Very popular, manga runs in Shonen Sunday. Young kid Konan solves
mysteries, although there's some background stuff going on I don't quite get
(who's the older guy in the opening credits - did Konan shrink into a kid or
something?) Konan also has some kind of super-soccer power, defeating
villains with his ability to kick things really hard.
Well the plot goes more or less like this:
Konan was a young man of the age of the other girl, (you know the daughter of
the detective.) but some experimental poison or something like that was given to
him for messing with the Yakuza or something like that.
And the poison transformed him into a children instead of killing him.
The ball power is actually the tennis who can store a lot of kinetic energy and
use it to shot the ball.
The plot is interesting enough, still sometime the stories are plain silly ^_^
