I loved part one. Especially the haunting feel when Lina suspected she might
not be entirely human. A few questions:
If demiurges sink into 'the haze' when they perform their duties, how can
they retain the awareness to know what they are?
Sairaag's development is phenominal. I've always wondered what a sword and
magic world would look like if it began exploring technology as well.
Although it looks like Elizabeth is bent on stamping out all non-scientific
phenomena, that portal device isn't purely technical right?
If Lina was killed, would she be reconstructed the next time someone
'called' her? If so would she drop back into 'the haze' until she was
snapped out of it? Would a new demiurge replace Lina if she succeeded in
becoming human?
Finally, would Zel REALLY go along with Liz's plans even if it meant
genocide, for his cure.
