Well, just to show you this story isn't dead (hey, it's only been about
five months) here is a teaser. Hopefully more to follow before too long.
It depends on the muse, as always.

I suggest you take Miss Calliope (or whoever the muse of fanfics is) down
to
the basement with a heatlamp and have words with her.

Sounds more like an interrogation. I'll pull Mihoshi off 'Vacation Days'
and have her help me out. ^_^

Great to see your back
on this one. As good as your other stuff is this is so far my favorite.

Thanks. Right now Avenging is sort of in the 'work on it off and on phase'
(After the full version of this chapter) since other projects I've been
doing have a little more momentum behind them. I'll try to do this more
regularly though. Response to it so far has been quite good.

I
always enjoy the attempts to mix the superhero genre with Magna but it is
so
easy to screw up that most of the time it is hardly worth following.

Yeah. I agree. That's not to say I won't make a few mistakes along the way
as well, though.

A thrown billy club connected with the side of Stuntmaster's helmet,
producing a ringing sensation, but otherwise leaving him unharmed. His
eyes
followed the path of the attacking weapon, which bounced once on the
floor
before returning to the hand of its wielder.

Considering how you've been writing the other Avengers so far remember
that
while this is indeed Daredevil it is still definitely Mousse as well. He
should be using a lot more then just a billy club.

It wasn't evident yet, but he had the sign and the paint can and brush in
there too. Billy club's his favorite weapon, though.

All eyes turned to see the man, standing next to open area where the
window
had been a moment ago. He was wearing a loose-fitting, blood red robe and
a
red mask with two tiny horns on the head. The lower portion of the mask
was
cut out, allowing the masked adventurer to talk without any obstructions.
Two overlapping 'D's in black lettering were clear on the center of his
chest.

Not to spoil your very funny gag later on but why would a Chinese
vigilante
based in Japan be wearing Romanji insignia at all?

Err, it's to throw people off about his true identity. Y'see, they'll think
he's really a Westerner, and not Chinese at all

Really. I'm not making this up on the spur of the moment or anything.

"Oh my god!" Stuntmaster gasped. "It's Batman!"

Cute

Thanks.

Once there was a break in the gunfire, Daredevil shouted, "Shouldn't you
be
in school, little boy?"

"Where do you think I scored these guns?" Spridal snapped back, then sent
another burst near Daredevil's location.

Very nice, never underestimate the kid sidekick.

Yep. They are the real power behind every good hero and villain.

up, the superhero known as Daredevil, the Man Without Fear, headed
towards
a certain pool hall in Nerima, where he was expected by someone whom it
was
unwise to disappoint.

Just have to ask, does Stick have a tendency to balance on her pool cue

Or perhaps he as an affinity for panties instead.

 and
is it safe to assume that Shampoo's trading her bonbori in for a pair of
sai?

Why, it almost sounds like you suspect lil ole' Shampoo was kidnapped by
The Hand or something.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks. will try.
