This idea has been been sitting in the back of my mind for a few moths
now. So I decided to see if it was worth following. The whole
inspiration can be blamed on my English Lit. class. We were doing
Canterbury Tales and I got to wondering about a modern day equivalent.
(I was also thinking of a Ranma Ballad in the style Beowulf but decided
I am not quite ready and had too many other works on the back burner.)
Anyway this is the Premise:
Conic Tales
Summery.
A group of Author avatars have gotten together to journey to a con. To
pass the time they decide to have a story contest. One story on the way
there and one on the way back. The winner would be determined by a vote
of the audience at the end. My Avatar will be out of the contest to act
as mediator.
The Rules:
1. Any Series that is stylistic with Anime (Anime, Manga, Video Games,
some movies, etc.)
2. Any type of Story (Dark, WAFF, X-over, Lime, et. )
3. Prose format only.
4. The story is to be first Released to me before being released to the
general public as part of this story.
5. By participating in this project you will be giving permission for
other authors to use your avatar in their stories for this project and
only this project.

Once all willing participants have been acquired they will each receive
the list of there fellow travelers and asked to provide reactions of
there avatar to the others for characterization purposes. These
reactions will be distributed to the other authors for their use. A
random order for the stories will be created and a general Prologue by
myself created to start the frame story then the others take over.
Story format.
Each story shall consist of a prologue were the Avatars interact with
each other in preparation for the story. The main body of the story.
(With occasional interruptions from the other Avatars). And an Epilogue
containing the other characters reactions to the story as well as
passing the story on to the next author.
Changes:
As this is still an Idea I will Listen to and consider any changes to
the format. these changes though will only be imposed by majority
agreement of the current member of Authors.
