where do the various names of the angels come from in eva? [all i remember
for canon* is the last one is named Tabris but i know the others have names]
The angels can be found in many dictionarys of Angels.
Interestingly enough Adam (who *does* show up first) is called "the first
Angel"
One of the good bits of the Evangellion Manga translation is that
there's a little information listed at the begining of each issue. One bit
mentioned that in the Kabalistic tradition (Which is where the diagrams on the
floor and ceiling of Gendo's office came from) Adam was actually gods FIRST act
of creation, rather than the last. What's more, Adam was the only perfect
creation, and the reason the angels rebeled later was out of jelousy of Adam.
