A few thoughts
Why did Nabiki let Gosunkugi get so far beyond his ability to pay her?
Why has he been borrowing so much? It's not necessary for Gos to
be in crippling debt to her to make this story work, so why do it?
As long as we are on the subject of Gos using his spider-powers
to settle his grudges, did I miss the sequence where Gos challenges
Ranma to a fight? It's what he'd do, you know. Is your intention
to continue to sideline Ranma even when the action threatens the
Tendos?
I find it curious that you port Octavius in verbatim but change
the Kingpin so much when an ex-sumo crime lord would make so
much sense in Japan.
