Argh, I hate having to do this!

I believe my temp-ban time is over, but
when I tried to send PB #10 9b to the list it
wouldn't go.

Apparently somebody up there forgot to 
unset the Nopost on my regular e-mail address. 
I would try e-mailing them privately, but I don't
have current admin address, (any chance of an FAQ update for that by the
way)

I apologize for this ficless message, but I'm trying to bring a fic in and
the system won't let me.
