I doubt that.  Who would work for a person with that policy?

actually unlike how many movies/cartoons portray em underlings
usually aren't as lucky as most in real life
Also Yakusa from what i've read, prob untrue but...
when they make a mistake they cut off a knuckle from one
of their hands. Killing incompetent underlings in any orginization
is a little harsh
