huhn. Interesting lemon. Plot was mediocre at best, but the sex was pretty
interesting, as far as things go. Everybody is pretty much IC, and the
technical bits are quite believable. By far the best scene was the one at the
very end, with Sylia and J. Random Evil Talking Darkness.
Interesting. I'm not exactly sure what you were trying to do with
the "presence" that Sylia talks with; will it become clearer when I
finally get a chance to see 2040,
No, it won't.
Oh, but you'll _like_ the new Sylia, Chris. She makes passes at everything
that's good-looking and has a pulse (note the absence of a gender or familial
qualifier there), is given to going off on rants and/or tirades at the
slightest provocation, and thinks the best way to deal with a headache is to
wash down some tranqs with a stiff shot of whiskey.
I think I'm in love. ^_^
or is this a reference to, say, Lovecraft?
If it's a Lovecraft ref, it could only be one guy, and this is somewhat
outside of his style. I would say either a) it has something to do witht he
"Games" that were mentioned (capital letters ALWAYS mean something) or it's
just the voices in her head telling Sylia what to do again.
By the way, you should really post this to alt.fan.bgcrisis, since
they've been wondering when a 2040 lemon will be written. :)
As have we all. I was kinda hoping it would Mason and his hot little booomer
secretary, though. (Yes, that chick outside Rosenkrantz's office was a
boomer, and not Madigan.)
